Role breakdown

Dinner Team

Help shape the evening through setup, check-in, guest flow, serving support, and the details that make the room feel intentional.
We will circle up over Zoom a week before the dinner to discuss the flow of the day and share a simple day-of breakdown.
A free ticket is included, and after helping bring the night together, you will join the table as part of the dinner community.

Contributor

You will bring one dish and the story behind it.
Share key details about what you will bring, where it comes from, and any dietary or allergy notes guests should know.
Dish information should be provided no later than one week before dinner. A free ticket is included.

Prepare your product, dish, or drink and bring enough for 15 people to sample.
You will get 2–3 minutes to tell your story to the community.
This includes features on our website and social media shout-outs. The experience will feel more like a warm showcase than a vendor booth.
