Benjamin Kraemer

Featured Dish: Original Dirty Bun & Sourdough Chocolate Chip Cookies

European-inspired pastries shaped by childhood memories and a little New York mischief.

Dirty Buns began as a side hustle and grew into founder Benjamin Kraemer’s way of sharing the pastries and memories that shaped him. Inspired by childhood trips to Germany with his dad, Benjamin brings comforting European pastry traditions to New York. His Original Dirty Bun layers Hokkaido milk bread with Biscoff cookie butter and brown-butter cream cheese icing; the chocolate chip cookies spend three days fermenting before they meet the oven.
